Craft Edge

I really love ur design. I am new to this and have checked out inkscape but do not understand how I can copy it and make it in inkscape. Is there a site that explains this or is it easy enought for you to explain.

I have not been able to download on the site you suggested, do you just
do a save as and then make it into a SVG yourself??? Also do you know how
to find the 2 branch file???
