Type to a Path tool

I am running SCAL 2 version 2.003 on windows 7. I recently changed computers and activated SCAL on the computer I now use. My problem is the Type Tool, the type to a path tool to be exact. I could use it on my old computer, But when I try to use it on my new computer, there is no type to a path tool available. There is a type tool and a vertical type tool. Can you tell me what I need to do to be able to use the type to a path tool.

If you fill out this form the download for the latest version of Scal 2 will appear at the bottom and then you will be much more current and things should work well for you.
