Chantel, yes, you can put it back together if you want. Lasso all the pieces, so they are all selected, then select: Object, Merge.
Granny, yes, you can select individual nodes and delete them, but it is easier, if you are going to delete a whole object, such as a letter, to break it apart and do it all at once.

Re: G Block
Lemon brings up a good question:
I use mostly Inkscape and in that program you can use the nodes option then draw a box around all you want (with the curser) and hit the select delete nodes option and it will take out all the nodes you put in your selection box.
Now the question, does Scal 2. or 3. have this option?

SCAL 2 has the node edit option, though if I use it much, it tends to cause my program not to work well. If I want to edit nodes, I can use in Inkscape or another program (I actually prefer CorelDraw for its ease of use).

Re: G Block
does it work like the INkscape where you select the nodes tool and then draw a square around what you want deleted and then hit the option of select delete nodes and it will take all off at once? I really like to use Inkscape over my Coral psp. Guess it is because I started using it long before they came out with SCAL 2. So far I haven't found anything I can't do with Scal 1. and Inkscape 46 than can be done in SCAL 2. or 3.. JUst me though to old to change.lemontree wrote:SCAL 2 has the node edit option, though if I use it much, it tends to cause my program not to work well. Here is a link for PNG files of all colors and fonts. You can download for free if any one interested. They probably could be made into svg files but I have not tried yet. She really has a super collection and real good quality too for printing.
