help please

HI i hope you lovley people will be able to help me. I have made a pram wheel svg file and looked great. However when i come to cut it out with SCAL 2 the lines are not all the same width, and also the outside boarder is not the same all the way around. I have added my svg file so you can see what i am trying to achieve. If anyone could help i would be gratfull. Thanks

I looked at the wheel in Inkscape and it looked a little wiggley on the outer circle but when I zoomed in it looked fine. It also looked fine on SCAL. On both the circle was connected and the width of the outer circle looked right. I wish I could help but I know someone else will be able to help you figure it out.

Thanks for having a look for me. I just wish i could get to cut right.
