Hi
You can download the file in MP4 format but when you create the capture (movie) the software gives you an option to upload to youtube at the same time.

GJ1 You don't need a video camera. This software captures what ever is on you computer screen. You just define what area of your screen you want to capture and start recording for upto 5 minutes. It is really easy. A great way to show people how to do SCAL related actions.

Just thought I'd mention there is another free screen capture site that allows you to do short video clips. I have used it in the classroom. It is called "Jing" by TechSmith. It is super easy to use. I don't have time right now to create videos or even a lot of images while school is in, but I so hope to do so during the summer and set up a blog, too. But give "Jing" a look see. After you install it, when you go open the application, you will see what looks like an image of the sun float to the top right-hand corner of the screen. Move you pointer to the sun and three little circles will extend from it and one of them will say capture when you hold the pointer over it. Then go from there. You can purchase an upgraded version with more feature but it isn't necessary.
