connection to cricut HELP

when I tell software to cut it comes up starting connection but nothing happens hel help

This has happened to me a few times. I just shut off the cricut and turn it back on again. Then try again. Has always worked for me. I turn my bug off and on a lot!

If you are a new SCAL user, you may need to update the firmware in your Cricut.

Software and firmware are two different things. Have you updated the *firmware*?
