ISO Mad Hatter's Top Hat

I have to make a project and would love to cut out tons of Top Hats like the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland. I have found a nice top hat but it does not have that whimsical shape like the Mad Hatters. My search did not find any like that. Just wondering if anyone knew if one existed already or have one they would be willing to share. Thanks so much. Kathy
