stretching
Hey everyone, I'm new here, but nevertheless, I have a question. How after welding a word, can I stretch it? I'd like to be able to stretch a corner independently without the opposite corner moving. Thanks, Lori

Re: stretching
Just grab and drag the arrow on the right (to stretch horizontally) or the arrow on the bottom (to stretch vertically). Make sure you don't have it set on keep proportions (box on right side tool bar) or it will not stretch the image, it will enlarge the entire image.

Re: stretching
Ok, it's not working for me. I tried it grouped and ungrouped....all I want to be able to do is stretch one corner and then stretch the opposite corner. Help!
Re: stretching
I know how to do that type of stretching in Photoshop Elements or Inkscape, but I'm not sure how you would in SCAL, if you are wanting what I think you are wanting. Sort of like banner effect?

Re: stretching
It sounds like you want "skew". When your text or object is selected, the Position-Size box will be available. At the bottom of this, there is a Rotate with a drop down box. Click on the drop down box and select "skew". Use the rounded double arrows on the corners to skew your object. You can also use the buttons next to the drop down box to skew a fixed amount. HTH
