One thing I have noticed...since the latest update, some files that I have saved (especially ones that contain lettering, welded shadows, and welded dingbats all in one file), that some of the shadows no longer are correct. I've had to go in and correct quite a few of them (i.e. change the numbering for the shadowing, or else change the font so it works), and these were shadows that worked previously. So not sure why this is occurring after the update.

But I do love the zoom feature!!!! And the preview of the fonts.

Go to the SCAL site, click on Downloads to get here: http://www.craftedge.com/download/download.html. Then click on the Download hyperlink for your operating system, Macintosh or Windows.

Have you noticed whether shadows for new words work correctly?

This is such a cool program! I didn't know it would just keep getting better so quickly! Other software releasers (AHEM--PC) could learn a lot from SCAL!

Are you referring to the Font Shapes Table when you say it has a view of the fonts?

Oh, I originally read your message wrong, so I'm correcting my reply.
The fonts listed in the Library window now show what the font looks like. The fonts listed in the library window should display a few characters of the font beside the name.

For the mat size, go to Cutter, Mat View, then choose the percentage you want. The mat itself in SCAL will change to that proportion.
