Help with OSU logo

I'm trying to make a cute mailbox cutout with the osu logo on it for a friend. I got the mailbox cutout, got the svg from paper crafters, but had to completely redo it because I don't have an expression, just a personal cricut. Next month I hope I get one.. LOL... Anyway, I tried to trace the logo in inkscape, but it doesn't come out right. Can someone help me? I know it's going to need layers.. It doesn't need the red around it.. just the O, with the Ohio State in front.

Oh, wow!! Thanks.. My cricut likes this one better than the font one.. Don't know why. Lol.. now to find footballs and a field goal thingy and I'm done with this particular mailbox!

Just wanted to let you know I was able to get it all cut out and pieced together. It looks fantastic! This mailbox is going to make an old man cry... LOL
