Greetings from Australia Left over cuts

This is a cards i made with the left over cuts that i made another card http://susanbluerobot.blogspot.com/2008 ... ralia.html
When i am designing a card that has top lettering i tend to set them out to look
good as a card base , then i put a square around it all and as i am taking it off
the mat i put all pieces (including the insides of lettering ) and i have it there to
make another card at later date.

What did you use for your corners?
They look gold.

That card is awesome!
Is the blue base all one cut, then the green lettering attached to the top?
