Desperate need of Help with PRINT AND CUT

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of where I can get a tutorial on Print and Cut I would love to follow step by step and be able to print and cut my designs.

Cant remember where I got this site but she has a great video on how to print and cut in an easy way.
