I have created a number of projects using words. When I go back after they are saved I am not getting the TEXT portion of the properties box so it is not showing what font was used. Is there a way to do this that I am missing? If this cannot be done, I remember some time ago someone mentioned making notes somewhere as to what font etc was used for a specific project. How/where is this being done.
Thanks

I usually do everything in Inkscape, but I noticed in scal if the text is not selected or outlined, the text portion of the properties box doesn't show up.
When I remember, I try to include the name of the font in my file name. It helps a lot.

Using SCAL2, you might have to use the scroll down on the Properties Box to see Text or you can click on the arrow beside Appearance and Text will come up. Once you see the Text, all you have to do is click on the word to select it and the font name will show.

Nope, as I said the text box is not appearing. Does anyone have any other ideas?AnointedHands wrote:Using SCAL2, you might have to use the scroll down on the Properties Box to see Text or you can click on the arrow beside Appearance and Text will come up. Hi,
Could you post one of the files that is problematic
A picture of your full SCAL screen
A description of your Operating system, Vista, Win, Mac etc.
All these will be clues to solving your problem.
