Can this be converted to an .eps file and can anyone do it????

There is nothing attached. Do you have an EPS file that you want converted to svg? There is an online converter that will convert EPS to PDF. http://convert.neevia.com/pdfconvert/ You can then either open the PDF in Inkscape and save as svg or import the pdf directly in SCAL2.

I tried to convert if using INK but not sure of the results since I have no software to open .eps files. There were some options when I tried saving and I had no idea what to choose so I just accepted the default. Had to upload as zip since this site does not accept .eps files.

I converted to and eps in photoshop but it won't open in inkscape..

What program are you trying to cut with?
