Where do you purchase heat transfer vinyl?

I got on h&h sign supply, and its quite expensive, and comes in really large rolls. I did see one small package, 5, 1 foot rolls for $17. Is there anyway to find it cheaper? I dont need alot, but i would like a few diff colors. Also what kind of heat transfer tape do you prefer? I know nothing about it, I just seen some on the website. Thanks

I got mine from SignWarehouse.com. I haven't had a chance to use it yet so can't attest to it as a viable product.
