Just started getting a cut line...

I have been cutting vinyl like crazy for the last few days. (I've been making letters to label all my craft bins!) I noticed on my last set that there is a cut line about an inch up from the bottom edge that extends almost the length of the mat. I tried cutting it twice with the same result. I haven't done anything different, so I am stumped. Any ideas?
