Has anyone made gift tags?

I am looking for samples of some simple gift tags, like a reindeer, snowman, wreath, etc. Show off what you've made, PLEASE!

There is a search option at the top of the page.. If you type in what you are searchin for it will bring you to all sorts of posts here...

Unfortunately, the search brings back minimal results and no samples/examples. :|
