I ordered a pattern an it has cutting instructions on it that want to cut also. Some are right across the pattern.
I e-mailed the creator and was told that I have to "open it in Inkscape, highlight all then go to veiw outline"
I am not finding how to view outline. Can someone help me please????
TIA

Re: Inkscape Help Please
Go to View/ then Display Mode (second one down) then click outline.... that is in Ink, version 0.46, but I don't remember that changing when I looked at 0.47 or 0.48

There is no reason why you should need to use View/Outline.
Also, if you are using a recent version of SCAL2, try looking in the Layers window. Each separate path will be on its own layer.

If your using 0.47 go to View-Display Mode-Outline
I forgot to mention click on the X and then move it away on your whiteboard. You will be able to see your SVG image then. If you have the Red X.
I am sorry to keep editing. It's been a long day and I am sleepy. Day sleeper here.

Re: Inkscape Help Please
Thanks for your help. I haven't had a chance to try to cut it again.
I was told I had to go Inkscape route because the pattern was made for MTC,
which I purchased yesterday, so I am going to try cutting it with that.
