I made this charger with the svg I posted in a previous post ( I added the star and swirls which are not with the file). It was originally an oval so I stretched it a bit to make it more round.

Where do you get those plates and how big is it? Why is it called a "charger"?

Oh My - that is beautiful -- definitely would want a new blade - cut lines look sooo thin to cut - - But outcome is worth it

Thanks for all of the nice comments. I got the gold charger (it is about 13 inches wide) at Hobby Lobby for $1.99. I used a maroon vinyl and it was easy to weed. Michael's also has lots of chargers for the same price.
