question

Post by DonnaJ »

Can someone tell me if there is another program I need to read SCAL. My computer crashed awhile back and now I can't get it to work right. I know there was a program I downloaded but I don't remember what it is. If someone could help me, I would soooo Appreciate it. Thanks, Donna

Since you mentioned "crashed" I can only guess you are using Windows but I have no idea what you mean by "read" SCAL. You will have to be more specific and tell what system, operating system and the meaning of "read SCAL"

Maybe she's talking about the USB drivers?

unless it is INKSCAPE?
can't help much as use MAc version
BUT I would uninstall and clean your registry then re-install it.
Try a different version as I think the latest version was causing a lot of crashes, don't know if that is sorted yet.
Worth a try.

best wishes
