Help! scal 2 not working

Check out my post from last week and install this new driver:

It's a different driver than the one on the Craftedge site and it fixes the freeze problem that occurs on some Windows computers when you click on cut. The problem is caused by one of the Windows drivers that stalls or times out and this new driver will stop that from happening.

I have to say THANK YOU to craft edge support, I was having a hard time with the manual activation code, I emaild support@craftedge.com and was answered with in an hour of asking my question.
