Could anyone help with this lion cub?

I found this lion cub but would like only the head of it and probably cleaned up to cut nice. I've tried in inkscape and silhouette but it still looks awful and I can't get the body off! LOL
I would so appreciate it if anyone could help me with this. Thanks Judy
I would need an SVG or GSD file.
I will be cutting this from vinyl.
