hi everyone, my cricut cuts 2 more line on the shapes I don't know why ???? when I use cartridge it's fine, but every cut from sure cuts a lot has 2 cut line on them.
I am new to this but I cut before with no problem

Sounds like you are using the trial mode? If so it will cut two water mark lines on your design

I don't know about trial mode ??? I bought the program and it fine before, and I download fonts and shapes from internet,
but my computer crashed and this is my 1st time with my new PC, maybe I have to do somthing with program???

I think it is still in trial mode but if your sure when you installed it on the new computer you put the serial number back in you need to try the following

knowing not in trial mode helps. might post what system you are running, pc or mac and which scal you are using. Or might want to contact craft edge with all the info especially the part about it didn't do this before. Sorry you are having trouble

You need to activate your program since it's on a new computer. A box should appear when you start SCAL. Enter your name and serial number then activate it. HTH
