Thanks for the postive replies. I can't figure out how to make my pics small like everyone else. :(

These kinds of shirts had been out in the market for a long time now.
It is interesting to know a person's shout out.
Maybe I could do one for myself.

I imported your original picture into Inkscape (which covered the 12x12 page),
used the Select tool to make sure it was selected ( it will show arrows around the selection), grabbed the corner arrow and used the Control key so I wouldn't lose the proportion of the picture and reduced it to the upper left corner and then used Export bitmap to save the new size and repost it. I hope that is clear...
