What programs makes SVG files?
What is the best program to make SVG files? I have seen the name inkscape pop up a lot. I am new to my Cricut and SCAL, but good with computer.

There is a free program called Inkscape that can be used to make or edit svg files. http://www.inkscape.org/
There are other programs that can be used too, but they aren't free (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw). HTH

thanks, I will try it. I actually think I have Corel Draw on this computer (came loaded) but I have never used it. Thanks!!!
