Shapes?

Post by 2ndchance »

Can anyone tell me why I don't have the basic shapes? I click onthe tab and it is empty. I tried the default thing and still nothing. Not too big of a deal but just wondering.
Thanks for you help.

You might try restoring the defaults - Edit, Preferences, Restore Defaults button.

Go to the support page on the SCAL website and sent an email with a description of your problem. That's my only other suggestion.

I had a customer with the same problem recently and figured out what was wrong. The customer had moved the Sure Cuts A Lot executable (that you click on to run the program) onto the desktop and away from other files in the Sure Cuts A Lot directory that has other files in it that SCAL needs to run, like the Basic Shapes library file. The fix was to move it back into the SCAL folder and create an alias to SCAL on the desktop or drag the SCAL app onto the dock where the Mac OS will create a shortcut.
