What did I do Wrong?

OK I got my layout posted but is it ever huge. What did I do wrong. Any help is appreciated.

Fantastic layout.. Your picture is large because you need to downsize it. When I post picture I make sure they are email size. I think that is 480 by 640 pixels. I do this in edit or when I take the picture on my digital camera I have the setting on the email size.

Thanks for the info, the next time I post I will down size to 480X640.
