Help with converting this Road Sign to an SVG

Hi Everyone!!

It is my first time posting on this forum. I was wondering if someone could please help me convert the attached road sign file into a layered SVG. I have tried working with Inkscape & I just can't get it right!!

Any help would be appreciated!

WOW...Thank you, Thank you..THANK YOU!!! I was trying for hours to get it right and yours is perfect :D

Any chance you could convert this one for me too?? If not that is ok :D

If anyone is wondering what I am doing with these files...I am making a 50th birthday card for my Dad that has the slippery car sign with "caution slow down 50 ahead" underneath. He loves cars & driving so I thought it would be a humorous twist as he approaches 50 :-)

Are we allowed to post finished projects on this forum? I don't have a blog. IF I can get the card to turn out the way it appears in my head I'll be very happy! I am half-way there with these SVG files done....Thanks again :D
