wings.....Someone help!

I am looking for a set of wings that I want to cut out in vinyl and use as a decal... I have one in mind but its just not working... here is the example... of one half of the set I would like to work out.

NOPE Tod not working~ it wont let me load it as an svg and i can't figure out how to do it otherwise. thanks for trying... im frustrated. a few of my SVG files wont load as well

I uploaded a new SVG file. It worked for me. I'm confused!

If you have inkscape, take Todd's svg there and then open a new page and paste it to the new page and save as an svg file. sometimes that works. Hope that makes sense!
