HELP PLEASE...FREEZING

Why does scal keep freezing up on me? I have to keep closing it out then open up again. This is driving me nuts!!!! I have downloaded the newest update and have never had this problem before!!!!!

What are you doing at the time it is freezing? More information would be helpful.

It did it while cutting and while I am moving shapes around on the mat. I reverted back to the previous update and it is not doing it...yet!!!

I just read at another post where somebody re-installed their drivers. You might try that. I would do in manually, so you can see if there are any problems with your device manager.
Remember to turn your computer off, wait a few minutes and turn it back on again.
