What else can i do

Three times i've put in for buying the Scal 2 ugrade,(still only have the original,) and three times there has been a number that i've written down, and three times it's said an email will shortly be sent so i can get Scasl two, but nothing is sent, what the heck am i doing wrong? anyone know what i should be doing,

Check your Spam folder and make sure that the license is not there. If you cannot find it, send an email to Craft Edge telling them your problem.

Carole - if you are buying through craft edge directly I would do as wreed suggested - otherwise I would contact the affiliate you are buying it through and have them help you.

Thanks girls, i've written to them again, they were very fast in replying to a query i had about it, lets just hope they are fast with this problem, as i have a free weekend and want to spend it 'playing'
