I could read crafts 24/7 can anyone tell me how to take a picture and do the silloutte of it?

If there is enough contrast between the subject and the background you can just do a trace, adjusting the settings to get the best possible trace and editing the nodes if necessary. If there isn't good contrast, you will need to use the Bezier tool in Inkscape or the drawing tool in SCAL2.
