need to cut out some snow cones

I need a snow cone in a styrofoam cup rather than the pointed thing. I don't even know where to begin. I also want a palm tree. This is for our church snow cone stand. I found cups fo snowcone jpg online but don't know how to be able to cut out the shape let alone it in different colors. Thanks and godbless you

Here's a palm tree I made. If you post the snow cone picture you have. Some one might be able to do it for you.

I would like to be able to cut out the tops a different color than the cup. Ideally the cup wouldn't be so slanted, but if that is an issue I am pretty flexible.
