program to see svgs on pc

Hi, a while ago someone had a program where you could download and be able to see your SVGS with out having to open them. If Anyone remebers this please help...LOL...thanks so much.

where can I go to get this program to read the svgs....I can't find it anywhere I have looked...sorry I'm not good at pc stuff..thanks for any help....

Also there is another one called ABV Viewer.. Just type in the search option and you should find it..
