In search of a top note

does anyone here hae a ut for a top note??? the kind found in the cricut storybook cart??? If so I sure would be greatful. TIA

I found one now I can't figure out how to cut it on the cricut I have the SCAL software and inkscape but can't figure out what i need to do to get it to cut the image any help appreciated

here it is in scut, Let me know if they work as I didn't cut them yet

Does anyone know how to create the top note so it has a dotted line on the inside that is just like the Stampin Up Top Note Bigz Die? I created on in INkscape but when I import the svg into SCAL both lines are solid. Help!
