Totally Lost Help Please
I really want to purchase this software, have since I first heard about it, but wasn't sure it would work on my computer. XP and enough space, but with dial up service everything I have to download takes forever and seems to get messed up by the time I finally get it. I downloaded the trial version, I updated my little bug to V. 1.1 using DS trial. I checked my device manager and it says I have the usb serial converter when the circuit is hooked up via usb to computer and turned on. When the bug is not plugged into computer the device manager does not show the serial converter so I was confused as to whether I needed to download the driver so I did. Then when I plugged in the bug it wouldn't even recognize it had found new hardware. So I uninstalled driver per Todd's instructions. Now when I plug the bug into computer it says Found New Hardware, doesn't ask for driver. But it won't cut anything. When I tell it to cut, bug plugged in, cartridge in bug, bug on it freezes on checking mat. Should I just uninstall everything and try something else. Any help would be so appreciated. Thanks

Your best cure is to email Todd again, letting him know exactly what you have done in the past regarding installation and what problems you are currently having. He will get you up and running.
