trying to make a heart with a heart cut out

I am trying to make a heart with a heart in the middle of it. I make this in scal 2 but it won't weld for me can someone please help me?

If you mean you want to make a larger heart with a smaller heart cutout... just place the smaller heart in the center of the larger one.. It will cut out.. No need to weld the two....
