argh PLEASE HELP

I have tried everything to make this into a svg on scal 1, no matter what I do it looks like it save fine and then when I try to open it to cut it is all wonky. I can make it into a scut file with/for scal 2 but not a svg for scal 1 or even a scut for scal1 -on scal 1 it just doesnt show up as a scut file or anything else. (I need the svg for a friend to cut. can anyone help? I would like it as a svg file please

I tried it a few times and got extra lines in it from somewhere. I can't figure out what the problem is. I used Inkscape .46 and it showed no extra lines but in SCAL 1 extra lines showed up. I think we need Heather or Todd to work their miracles.
