Response from SCAL on buying program

Hello,
I e-mailed the company about a week ago with a question on the trial version and have heard nothing from them. I also ran into a woman today at a craft store who started talking about this program and she said she paid for it but never received the e-mail with her registration key and info to begin using it...she did this over a week ago. I am VERY intersted in purchasing this program but am concerned about these two cases of receiving no response from Craft Edge. Can anyone tell me the turn around time on purchasing and being able to use this program??? And if Craft Edge usually response faster than this?

Keep a watch on your spam emails - a lot of people are finding registration keys and other emails in their spam email folder and think they haven't received anything.

Also so make sure you type in your email correctly! I did this once, I ordered something and never got my email conformation. I was freaking out and ended up calling he site that I had placed my order. It turns out that I had a typo in my eamil and of course it didn't work!

Going on my own experience and it appears to be most other posters response from customer services has been brilliant- Any queries I had were responded to and dealt with within minutes. As regarding purchasing, my original email had gone into my spam folder, but I was watching for it, I think in between paying and using the software it was a total of 30 minutes or so? If you cant find anything in your spam folder then just email Todd again & keep an eye out

like others have said check spam mail everytime I have contacted cs they responded within minutes very reliable and helpful.

Every dealing I've had with Todd has been fantastic. Turnaround between buying the program and reeiving the authorization number was just minutes. I, too, have to wonder if the code was lost due to spam settings.

The response from Todd and his team has taken me aback. In the UK it is the exception for firms to reply to emails. Todd replied within 8 minutes ( I kid you not) and answered my query in a courteous and very professional manner. Superb product and superb support.

I was also worried that I didn't get my activation email, but like others said, it went directly to my junk email. It really did come within a few minutes of ordering it. I have also had great luck and quick response for my questions. I love SCAL!

Thanks to all of you for your replies! I definately feel more comfortable in purchasing the program and plan on doing so tomorrow (when I have the time to install and play)!!!
