SHADOWING A CUSTOM DESIGN
IF YOU ARE DOING A CUSTOM DESIGN . LIKE i DID ONE TITLE FISH KISSES WITH 2 FISH IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WORDS HOW THEN CAN I SHADOW THESE.
Re: SHADOWING A CUSTOM DESIGN
I don't see the title that you are referencing - so here is the best I can do. If you weld in SCAL and copy all you should be able to click the shadow option from the dropdown menu. If this does not work for some reason and you made the title in another program, you could always create a shadow there - before the shadow option was available on SCAL, we were making shadows in PSP or Photoshop.

Thanks for posting this reply. I am new to SCAL, that is a very cool feature. Seems a lot easier than using the Design Studio!

It is much easier because you can create the shadow from a copy of your regular size type/shape instead of having to retype with the shadow feature on and try to get all the welds to line up right...it's awesome!

You can also make the shadow various sizes. I don't have access to the program right now but as I recall, there's a number next to the shadow feature. Mine defaults to 3. If you want less of a mat, lower the number. Makes it great when you want to double mat a title.

Re: SHADOWING A CUSTOM DESIGN
Quick tip though: If you copy multiple elements that are welded together and shadow them be sure to verify that all these "copies" are still welded. I made that mistake last night ... won't do that again!! Preview is a good thing!!
