Leo @svg.com is the best!!!!!!! I sent a 'help' email to him, and he got back to me right away. He was able to help me with my computer not recognizing the USB device, and fixed it up in about a nano-second! What a great company!!!! Thanks, Leo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
