request please

Can anyone convert this to an SVG? I would be sooo grateful. My boss just purchased an old railroad station and I wanted to etch some glasses with the railway logo on it. I tried just bring the picture into SCAL2 but it's not clean enough

I have it started, but I can't find a font close enough to the one used in the outside circle. If you can find a font that you think will work, you should be able to use it with this artwork. Maybe somebody here knows of a font that might work.
