It's always crash when I try to cut. I'm so sad any idea for me?

I had the same problem. I was able to upgrade the Cricut Machine to Firmware v 2.34 and now have no cut crashes. You need to connect your Cricut to a Windows computer with Design Studio & Internet Connection to upgrade. Another option is to use a Gypsy. Connect it to the machine and select update. It takes awhile to run, but it is worth it. Love SCAL v2, even with its little warts & bugs.
