I am new to posting but I haven't seen this question. Is there a way to autofill a page with one design, such as a snowflake, without constant copy and pasting?? Any help would be appreciated.

not that I am aware of but if you copy and paste a couple of times, then group and copy and paste again you can fill a whole sheet quite quickly
hope this helps

If you are using inkscape just go to edit, clone, created tile clones.. Just set the number you want to make... This option is not in SCAL though aside from copy/paste.

Alternately, if you just make a bunch of duplicates quickly with the control-d command repeatedly, you can select Object> alignment and distribution and then use the unclump button or the remove overlaps settings from the bottom of that palette to spread things out on the page.
Or, you can make a bunch of duplicates and use Object>Rows and Columns to line them up neatly.
