HELP! Why can't I import a file from Inkscape!!

First of all, what an awesome place you've got running here.

I saved me file in inkscape (svg)
I saved it on my desk top
I opened SCAL and imported the file from the desktop.
A red box immediately opens up but not with my stuff.
I've watched the tutorials and follow their directions.

Can someone Help me?

This is one of the symptoms of the svg not being made correctly In Inkscape, If it were a font or ding It sounds like you just saved it without makeing it Path, Obect to path. If it were a jpg, png or bmp sounds like you didn't path, trace bmp. Could you give us the steps you went through to make your svg? or post a file of the svg here so we can see it?
