A single layer USF Bulls logo. I would love to make this a 3 layer paper piecing, but don't know how. So, if any one can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

It traces fine in Inkscape if you set your Brightness cutoff threshold to 0.65. Then just break apart for three layers. HTH
