Change image into SVG

Hi, I am new to this so please understand that I don't know how all of this works. I found this cute blog that has these adorable pinwheels for Halloween. I am the roommom in my daughters class and would love to have these as their projects. She gives the images to cut out for the pinwheels and I was wondering if their is any way to change them into svg or scut files so that I don't have to cut them all by hand. Here is the site:

These are stinkin' adorable! I have made them and zipped them into a file (includes: all four files, photos, and artists credit). However, it is too big to post here .
