Help, please!

Post by Shelsmonster »

I have been using SCAL for about a year now with my Cricut w/ no problems. Tonight I purchased a Cricut Expression (yeah!!!), and I can't get SCAL to work with it. Will someone please give me some ideas to try to fix the problem? My computer does not even acknowledge my Cricut E at all. What should I do?

Thank you so much in advance!

HI
You may need to install a USB driver to start with as per here. http://www.craftedge.com/products/driver.html
Then you want to make sure you have the right firmware version on your Expressions. To do that refer to here http://www.craftedge.com/support/faq/fa ... salot.html#

That should get you started

Thanks Craigg. My new Cricut E is 2.031, so I guess I'll have to wait for another update from Todd. =(

Have a look here
http://forums.surecutsalot.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7866
They are saying the latest version of expressions firmware is compatible

Might be worth sending an email to Craft Edge via their support service for some help.
Cheers
