looking for a CD holder file.

I've been searching and cant seem to find a cut file for a cd holder. I made some slideshows for my troop and they are on dvd's. I was looking for a simple cut file that has a lip to hold the dvd.. I can certainly visiualize it but I cant explain it.

So if I take a 6 by 12 or a size that would fit the a cd and be able to fold it length wise to completely cover the cd , I"d like a lip to hold the cd in 2 or 4 places. KWIM??

Can anyone help.

Is this something I can draw in photoshop and then put in inkscape??? and it would trace and cut... I'm totally oblivious about where to begin.
