Can anyone make this into a SVG?

I would love to have this shaped paper in an SVG file to cut, but not sure how to do it. Can anyone?

Wow! Wow! WOW! Heather, I just cut this and it is just the bee's knee's, as I like to say! LOL. Really, it is fabulous and will look great used on a layout! I cant' wait to make a page with this!!! You so rock gf! Two thumbs WAY UP!!!!!!!!!

One more question for ya Heather...could you make a SVG of just like one side of this? Kind of a pom pom trim/ball fringe border?? You know, so you could just cut a strip of it to use as an accent on a card or altered project? Does that make sense? LOL. Thanks!!!!!!
